Where can I get detailed sales information?
How long is the delivery time for ello, accessories and spare parts?
The delivery time is between 1 and 3 days. Orders received by 12:00 pm will leave the distribution warehouse at 4:00 pm on the same day.
Is there special training and support for sales partners?
Yes, detailed online training courses are offered for ello sales partners. These courses provide comprehensive information and knowledge about the rollator and its functions. In addition, the sales representatives will personally visit medical supply stores to introduce the rollator and offer additional support. This ensures that retailers are optimally informed and trained to successfully place the ello rollator on sale.
